Eligibility Criteria

  • New Customers Only: Refunds are only available to new customers within the first 14 days of their initial purchase.
  • No Refunds for Renewals: Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 30 business days from the date of your request.

Payment Methods

  • No Exclusions: All payment methods are eligible for refunds.
  • Preferred Method: Refunds will be issued to your preferred payment method. Please note that you are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the refund.

Partial Refunds

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds based on usage within the 14-day period.

Subscriptions and Trials

  • All Plans Covered: The refund policy applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual plans.
  • Free Trials Excluded: The 14-day refund period starts with payment, not during a free trial period.

Exceptions

  • No Specific Exceptions: There are no specific products, services, or features excluded from this refund policy.
  • No Geographic Restrictions: The refund policy applies regardless of your location.

Additional Notes

  • Transaction Fees: Users are responsible for any transaction fees associated with processing the refund.
  • Immediate Access Revocation: Access to all OneSuite features and services will be immediately revoked upon requesting a refund.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
