In order for the OneSuite service to work smoothly for us and all users, we require as a condition of your use of OneSuite that you comply with each of the following when using the OneSuite service. You acknowledge that you are responsible to OneSuite or third parties for anything you contribute or upload through OneSuite. We may remove anything from OneSuite that violates this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

You must not:

• Attempt to use another person's account without authorization or create a false identity on OneSuite
• Act in a way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has an unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
• Create a user profile for anyone other than yourself as a business or individual consumer, or include a picture of another person in your profile;
• Claim that you are affiliated with or endorsed by OneSuite unless you have entered into a written agreement with OneSuite for that purpose;
• "White-label" or otherwise misrepresent yourself as the original provider of OneSuite or materials or processes contained therein;
• Tamper with, disable, or circumvent (or attempt to do so) security components or processes of OneSuite
• Use technical or other means or processes to "mirror", "scrape", "crawl", or "spider" web pages or other services contained in the OneSuite service;
• Attempt to access or actually access OneSuite except through the URL app.onesuite.io (including all subdomains) or a third-party service integrated by us for use with OneSuite. For example, aside from third-party services, you may not access OneSuite through software-as-a-service platforms that bundle access to multiple services, including OneSuite;
• Include in emails viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, keyloggers, spyware, adware, or other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of computer software or hardware.

If we believe that a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. Non-compliance with this policy constitutes a material breach of the OneSuite Terms of Use under which you are permitted to use our service, and may result in our taking any or all of the following actions:

• Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our service.
• Immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any contributions you have uploaded to our service.
• Issuance of a warning to you.
• Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
• Further legal action against you.
• Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably deem necessary or as required by law.

We exclude our liability for all actions we may take in response to breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we deem appropriate.
